Flags and wheels is the only indoor cart racing facility in Rapid City and the surrounding Black Hills area. F&W is housed in a huge 47,000 sq. foot building near downtown Rapid City.

Flags and Wheels premier attraction is the Biz carts. One of two facilities in the USA to import these racing carts from England. The indoor track is 27,000 sq. ft. of running surface and allows these carts to reach speeds in excess of 40 mph, twice the speed of a normal full bodied Go-Cart found at other facilities. Powered by 6.5 hp Honda engines and weighing less than 150 lbs these cars are capable of giving quite a ride.

Along with the Biz Carts, Flags and Wheels has the Formula Racing Carts. These carts utilize the same 27,000 sq. ft. track as the Biz Carts and allow for younger riders. There are also 2 double seat carts for those who are too young to drive or just like the thrill of riding. Powered by 5.5 hp Honda Engines, these carts are capable of speeds of 20+ mph.

Lazer Tag, Batting Cages, Slot Cars, Paint Ball, Arcade, and Bumper Cars are also available for enjoyment.
