Interactive exhibits and displays of science to both educate and entertain those that visit the center.  More than 60 hands-on exhibits illustrate principles of electricity, magnetism, life sciences, telecommunications and physics. The center’s aquarium features fish species native to the Missouri River.

The Center offers teachers inquiry based, hands-on learning resources that will stimulate the students minds.  The opportunity to expose them to more learning is always welcome and the Center can certainly assist teachers (and parents) with this goal.

The Center offers a number of programs to help teachers take a new and exciting look at all the different subjects they want to share with their students.

The Center also offers new ideas for kids.  These may range from how to make a play dough like product at home to how to make blow bubbles.  The directions for how to do these things can be found on their web page. What a great way to keep the kids busy for a day while learning.

The Kids Helping Kids scholarship program provides scholarships up to $50 per youth per year so kids can participate in after school or extra curricular activities.  There are also summer camps for the kids.
